What is a Fixed Fee?

A Fixed Fee is an alternative to the standard hourly rate charges for our legal work. You will pay the fixed fee for each stage of the process and the scope of this work will be agreed in advance. At the outset of your matter you will be provided with an invoice for the Fixed Fee amount with the breakdown of the work agreed which will give you certainty of the work covered and legal costs payable. Fixed fee agreement will usually allow you to manage your legal costs with confidence.

Our agreed fixed fee does not cover the third-party charges e.g. court fees or Barrister’s fees. We charge affordable fixed fees with an option to pay by instalments.
