Figen is a Trainee Solicitor in the Immigration and Family Departments at the present. She studied Law at the University of East Anglia achieving a 2:1 honours, after which she took a year out to work as a Paralegal. When she returned, she completed the LPC and a Master’s in Law simultaneously, achieving a Commendation for both, whilst continuing to work as a Paralegal at the firm.
Figen is confident in preparation of all EEA applications, applications for British Citizenship and Entry Clearance.
Figen has extensive experience of assisting and preparing cases to be heard in the First Tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal. Figen has had vast experience assisting with and preparing Asylum claims on the basis of human trafficking and Blood Feud’s from Albania.
Figen has gained practice in all aspects of family law; divorce, financial disputes and children disputes between both married and unmarried partners. Figen can expertly draft Parenting Agreements, Consent Order and Pre-Nuptial Agreements.
She has assisted in the preparation and handling of complex and high net worth ancillary relief matters.
Figen has vast experience in private law Children Act proceedings, also cases involving Non-Molestation and Domestic Violence. She is motivated and passionate about working in this area and recognises the importance of providing both legal and personal assistant to clients.
